Dr. C is a unique individual: a graduate of West Point, a veteran of five years active duty in the U.S. Military, which included stints as a Special Forces operative, a veteran weight trainer, a man of intelligence, passion and compassion, a man who has struggled with his own demons and has the honesty to confront them and share that confrontation with others in hopes that his experience can help others, in short, a man I am honored to call a friend.
