About the Author:
Kenny Guess is one of those rare individuals who combines academic credentials with practical experience. A graduate of Nicholls State University with a B.S. in Health and Physical Education, he retired from the Louisiana Department of Education after 30 years of teaching health and physical education and is currently beginning his 4th year of teaching physical education in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. Kenny, who has been weight training for over 40 years, has won numerous Physique titles, including Mr. New Orleans, Mr. Gulf Coast and Mr. Louisiana, has judged both AAU and IFBB physique contests and was a contributing editor to the original Iron Man magazine. His wife, Linda, and sons, Eric and Lee, all weight train.
